ADVANTAGE MOBILE DETAILING SERVICE AGREEMENT
This agreement explains our obligations to you (hereafter referred to as, “Client”, “Customer”, or “you”) and Advantage Mobile Detailing (hereafter referred to as “Advantage”, “Advantage Mobile Detailing”, “contractor”, “technician”, “us”, “our”, or “we” ) and your obligations to us in relation to the service(s) you purchase. By using our service you agree to the full terms of this agreement, without modification by you. By booking or using the services of Advantage Mobile Detailing you hereby agree to the following terms:
ACCESS TO WATER & ELECTRICITY FOR MOBILE DETAILING
We require access to water and electricity for all of our car detailing services. If you do not have access to either water or electricity please call us at (519)-572-0700 so we can find a solution. Failure to provide access to water and electricity at the time of your appointment will result in a $80 cancelation fee.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We detail rain or shine and are prepared for most any weather conditions including but not limited to rain.
Due to the amount of time it takes to perform top quality services and the size of our operation, cancellations and reschedules have a lasting effect. For this reason, if you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours in advance of your appointment so we can fill that time slot and to avoid our cancellation fee totaling $80. The following terms and conditions apply to all appointments:
-We require 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment or service.
-Advantage Mobile Detailing reserves the right to cancel or reschedule in accordance with its staff levels, weather -conditions or equipment failure.
-Failure for the vehicle and keys to be present at the time and location of the ordered service may result in the cancellation of the appointment by Advantage and will be considered a cancellation policy violation which will result in a $80 cancelation charge.
VEHICLE ACCESS AND OPERATION:
Client shall provide Advantage Mobile Detailing personnel with access to the vehicle for the purpose of performing the auto related services during the agreed upon service hours and any additional times as may be mutually agreed upon.
-Client shall ensure that the keys to the vehicle are made available to Advantage Mobile Detailing personnel.
-Client hereby authorizes Advantage Mobile Detailing personnel to operate and move the vehicle as may be necessary to perform the auto related services such as detailing, ceramic coating, and or other auto services provided.
DETAIL TIME LIMITS
All detail jobs have specified time limits. Completion of work is based off of unique time limit of package. See below all time limits for base jobs excluding addons. Addons will be used to extend the base time using the times provided below. Timekeeping will be performed at the discretion of your assigned Advantage technician. The time starts as soon as the technician completes client check in and initial equipment setup.
Detail Time Limits Are As Follows:
-Maintenance Package 1.0 – 2.0 hours
-Silver Package 1.5-2.0 hours
-Gold Package 2.0-4.0 hours
GUARANTEED OUTCOME EXPECTATIONS FOR DETAILING SERVICE:
-If vehicle has been last detailed less than a 1 year ago = 75% as good as new
-If vehicle has been last detailed more than 1 year ago = 70% as good as new
-If vehicle has been last detailed more than 2 years ago = 65% as good as new
-If vehicle has been last detailed more than 3 years ago = 60% as good as new
-If vehicle has been last detailed more than 4 years ago = 55% as good as new
-If vehicle has been last detailed more than 5 years ago = 50% as good as new
-If vehicle has been last detailed more than 6 years ago = 45% as good as new
-If vehicle has been last detailed more than 7 years ago = 40% as good as new
-If vehicle has been last detailed more than 8 years ago = 35% as good as new
-If vehicle has been last detailed more than 9 years ago = 30% as good as new
-If vehicle has been last detailed < 10 years ago = 25% as good as new
SERVICE QUALITY AND INSPECTION:
-Advantage Mobile Detailing endeavors to perform the services to the highest possible standard, within the constraints of its resources, time, and expertise, aiming for a clean, damage-free exterior and spotless interior surfaces free of dust, debris, stains & odors.
-The parties will conduct a joint final inspection upon completion of the services. Any concerns regarding service quality must be communicated to Advantage Mobile Detailing within 24 hours following service completion.
-Advantage Mobile Detailing shall not be held liable for any concerns raised thereafter or if Client does not participate in the final inspection.
ACCIDENTS AND PRE-EXISTING CONDITIONS:
-Advantage Mobile Detailing will take reasonable care to document any pre-existing damage but shall not be liable for pre-existing conditions including but not limited to hail damage, rock chips, etc.
-In the event of any damage occurring to the vehicle while under Advantage Mobile Detailing care due to the actions or omissions of Advantage Mobile Detailing personnel, Advantage Mobile Detailing will notify the Client of the incident.
-Advantage Mobile Detailing and it’s contractors cannot be held responsible for any damage to the vehicle while in our care. We are as careful as possible and have never once had an accident to date. Under the extremely slim chance something were to happen the client will be informed immediately.
FEES, SERVICE TERMS, AND PAYMENT:
-The fee for the service(s) shall be the amount agreed upon as indicated in the “Total Cost” section of your order.
-Estimated service times for scheduling may vary. If job time exceeds the estimate by over 20%, additional fees will be discussed and confirmed with the Client before continuing.
-Payment is due immediately upon service completion via Credit Card, Debit, or Cash.
-You agree not to request, advise, file a claim, or seek your bank or credit card company for a chargeback for consideration paid under this agreement. You agree that any disputes you may have with respect to consideration paid hereunder must be addressed directly between you and Advantage Mobile Detailing.
FEEDBACK AND PHOTOGRAPHIC USAGE:
-Client feedback is welcomed and may be provided via email at AdvantageMobileDetailing@gmail.com
-Advantage Mobile Detailing reserves the right to use pictures of the vehicle for marketing purposes, unless Client objects in writing.
TERMINATION AND RESCHEDULING:
-Rescheduling or cancellation requests made within 48 hours of the scheduled service time will incur a $80 fee.
-Advantage Mobile Detailing reserves the right to terminate services or maintenance plans for Clients deemed incompatible with our service ethos, at our sole discretion.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
Advantage Mobile Detailing does not guarantee any specific outcomes or results, all services are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. All sales are final. Advantage Mobile Detailing maximum liability for any claims arising out of or relating to this agreement is limited to the total amount paid by Client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
ADVANTAGE CHANGES
Advantage Mobile Detailing reserves the right to modify this statement at any time. Any changes to this Service Contract will be listed in this section, Advantage does not make any commitment to update the materials.
I UNDERSTAND THAT
-By using our services you hereby understand that Advantage Mobile Detailing does not guarantee any specific outcomes or results with our work.
-Your payment to Advantage Mobile Detailing is expressly for the dedicated service time on your vehicle, not tied to the attainment of any specific outcome or result.
-Advantage Mobile Detailing limits its liability to the total dollar amount of each job.
-If the job takes much longer than anticipated we reserve the right to charge an extra time fee totaling $50 per hour on top of the total cost at the discretion of Advantage Mobile Detailing employees (we will warn you before proceeding with extra charge).
-Because we order materials for the job on demand, deposits made are non-refundable.
-All Sales Are Final.
GOVERNING LAW:
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Ontario, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties hereto have executed this Agreement as of the Effective Date below.
